Prints

We send our prints out within 5 days of receiving cleared funds. We wrap the prints in acid-free tissue paper and pack them in large diameter postal tubes for stability. They are then dispatched by Royal Mail which takes between 3-21 working days depending on where you are in the world. If you need a faster service please email us to discuss.

Original Paintings

We send our paintings out within 5 days of receiving cleared funds. We wrap the paintings in acid-free tissue paper, pad the corners and pack them in cardboard boxes for stability. They are then dispatched by Royal Mail which takes between 3-21 working days depending on where you are in the world. If you need a faster service please email us to discuss.

Greeting Cards

We send our greeting cards out within 5 days of receiving cleared funds. Depending on how many cards are ordered they may be sent in an envelope or a small box. They are then dispatched by Royal Mail which takes between 3-21 working days depending on where you are in the world. If you need a faster service please email us to discuss.

How we calculate our charges

We charge a nominal flat fee for shipping depending on your location (£9 - UK; £20 - USA/Canada; £32 - rest of the world). We then add a £2 charge per extra item so that the more you order the better value shipping is. We also offer the option to have your artwork delivered 'signed for' for an extra fee. If you would like your item shipped using a different method then please contact us.
